How I Use Journalling to Manifest Anything

When I first discovered manifestation, I felt both excited and overwhelmed. There were vision boards, meditations, rituals, affirmations. The list went on. But the one tool that completely transformed my practice (and my life) was journalling.

Journalling is more than just keeping a diary. It’s a way of giving your desires a voice, aligning your energy with what you want, and consciously choosing the reality you’re stepping into. Over the years, I’ve used journalling to manifest opportunities, attract relationships, improve my health, and create financial abundance. The best part? All you need is a notebook and a pen.

Why Journalling Works for Manifestation

Journalling bridges the gap between thought and reality. When you write something down, it no longer just lives in your head, it becomes tangible. Here’s why it works so well:

Clarity – Writing forces you to define what you really want.
Energy Shift – Words in the present tense create the feeling that it’s already yours.
Subconscious Programming – Your brain begins to believe what you write, making it easier to act in alignment.
Proof of Progress – Old entries become evidence of how much has manifested already.

My Favourite Journalling Methods

1. Scripting

This is where I write as if my desires are already here. For example:
"I am so grateful for the abundance flowing into my life. My days feel spacious and filled with joy. I love the work I do, and money comes to me easily."

Scripting instantly puts me in the energy of having it now, which speeds up manifestation.

2. Gratitude Journalling

Gratitude magnifies abundance. Every day, I write down 3 things I’m thankful for, some that already exist and some I’m calling in, written as if they’re already mine.

3. Affirmation Pages

Sometimes, I’ll dedicate a page to writing one affirmation over and over. For example:
"I am magnetic to opportunities."
The repetition helps reprogram limiting beliefs.

4. Guided Prompts

When I need direction, I use journalling prompts such as:

  • What am I ready to receive?

  • How does my highest self live her day?

  • What limiting belief am I choosing to let go of?

My Journalling Routine

I don’t journal for hours every day. It’s actually quick and simple:

  • Morning: I write a one-page script of how I want the day to unfold.

  • Evening: I list 3 things I’m grateful for and affirm the desires I’m calling in.

In less than 15 minutes, I shift my mindset, raise my vibration, and set myself up to attract aligned opportunities.

How You Can Start

You don’t need a fancy journal or special pens. Just start where you are. Here are some tips:

  • Write in present tense (as if it’s already happening).

  • Be specific but flexible—leave room for the universe to surprise you.

  • Journal by hand when possible; it creates a deeper mind-body connection.

  • Stay consistent, even if you only write a few lines daily.

Final Thoughts

Journalling has been the most powerful manifestation practice I’ve ever used. It’s where dreams first take shape, where clarity arrives, and where alignment happens. If you’ve been searching for a simple yet transformative way to manifest your desires, start journaling today.

Your journal isn’t just paper, it’s a portal to the reality you’re creating.
